SPAM TEXT NO FURTHER A MYSTERY

an individual online video called me yesterday eight/6/24 from my son's gmail , I assumed it was him then I answered, no-one was there to reply, I hung up, then texted my son he reported it was not him, will that be a means for scammers to enter into my cellphone and get my information???? what need to I do?Of course. The Never Call procedures only
